Before we get started.
Can every MoTeC package be tuned remotely?
Availability depends on the ECU, package, access requirements and the work needed. Keith confirms the scope before accepting the project, including any checks or validation that require an in-person session.
Is a mechanical or wiring problem something a tune can fix?
A calibration cannot repair a mechanical fault or incorrect wiring. Review helps identify the next checks; some issues must be resolved locally before tuning continues.
